Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 - 4 business days processing time. Neckties and pocket squares require 1 - 2 weeks for processing.

After processing, items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service Ground Advantage or First Class International. Shipping is charged based on weight and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on all orders over $35.00 with no code needed (valid in United States only).

Ground Advantage shipping within the United States will typically be delivered within 1 - 5 business days once shipped. First Class International packages to Canada can take 11 - 20 business days to be delivered. 

Buyers in Canada are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may be applied. Else is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada. Else is not responsible for delays in the United States Postal Service network.
